When spending your days in Gumbet, you can take a day trip into Bodrum which is a short distance away only taking 10 minutes to get there. While in Bodrum, you may choose to spend your day shopping or enjoying what the village and resort has to offer to you. 

When visiting the city of Bodrum, you may want to take a look at the Castle of St. Peter which is known for its amazing museum which many find very fascinating. While in Bodrum, you may want to take a short walk through the marina which offers you a chance to shop in some of the cutest and charming shops. The marina will be filled with plenty of luxury yachts who travel to this area for the beaches as well as the shops.
